Processing Time:
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Shipping Time:
- Fast Shipping (Gujarat): Delivery within 3-4 business days after dispatch.
- Fast Shipping (All Other States): Delivery within 4-6 business days after dispatch.
- Flat Shipping (Gujarat): Delivery within 5-6 business days after dispatch.
- Flat Shipping (All Other States): Delivery within 6-8 business days after dispatch.

Delivery Costs:
Delivery costs vary based on your location. Please check your order summary to understand the delivery charges for individual products.
Failed Delivery:
If the package cannot be delivered due to issues like an incorrect shipping address, absent receiver, or customer refusal to accept the package, it will be returned to us at your expense. The incurred shipping costs will be deducted from the order total for any refunds.

We use various carriers for deliveries, including DTDC, Delhivery, Xpressbees, India Post, and others.
Upon Receipt of Your Order:
We advise you carefully inspect the package and goods to ensure they are intact before signing for receipt of delivery. If the parcel is damaged or incomplete, please refuse delivery of the goods or sign “Damaged” and contact us immediately on the day of delivery.
Bank Holidays:
We do not deliver on Bank Holidays. Orders scheduled for delivery on a Bank Holiday will be delivered on the next working day.
